For our first eco-development project, we chose the town of Parry Sound located 225 km north of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is known as the world-renowned jewel of 30,000 Island on The Georgian Bay, as well as the UNESCO designated area as a World Biosphere Reserve. Our 5-story boutique-condo will be built in the central area of Parry Sound and will offer nine apartments, a penthouse, underground parking, and commercial spaces.

Being very energy-efficient, the building will be constructed using highest ecological standards. Wooden envelope, modern heating system based on heat pumps and heated floors, separated forced ventilation with heat recovery and other innovations, make indoor climate very healthy and comfortable.
Energy efficient windows of European standard reduces heat losses. Underground parking lots will be equipped with innovative charging stations, allowing them to facilitate electric cars.
